About NetworkAnalyt

NetworkAnalyst has been developed as a comprehensive gene-centric platform supporting gene expression profiling, biological network analysis and visual exploration. It has been continuously updated and improved based on user feedback throughout the years. The table below shows a summary of new features added over the past 4 years. Features in dark blue are those have been added since 2015.

Implementation:

  • The web interface was implemented based on the JavaServer Faces Technology using the PrimeFaces library (v11.0).
  • The back-end computations are carried out by over 400 functions written in R (v4.11).
  • The interactive visualization were implemented using JavaScript
